The Science behind ProvaStride
Os ingredientes ativos da formulação exclusiva do ProvaStride são o percarbonato de sódio e a tetraacetiletilenodiamina (TAED). O percarbonato de sódio contido no ProvaStride contém moléculas de peróxido de hidrogênio, que são mantidas frouxamente pela estrutura cristalina do carbonato de sódio. Quando o pó do ProvaStride encontra a umidade ambiente, o percarbonato de sódio libera as moléculas de peróxido.
The freed peroxide molecules bump into the pieces of TAED and react, creating peracetic acid (PAA)—a powerful oxidizer. When the activated, PAA chemical interacts with a pathogen, the outer molecular layer splits open, making the organism vulnerable to chemical attack. Once inside, the activated PAA can now inactivate or kill the organism.

ProvaStride's unique formulation creates PAA in situ and contains less than (<) 10% sodium percarbonate. It is not classified as an oxidizer.
Appearance + Texture
ProvaStride is a blue granule classified as "nearly dust free" and is considered slip resistant on quarry tile and dairy brick.

ProvaStride is currently the only chemistry commercially available in the U.S. ProvaCharge Foam and ProvaStep are solutions available only in the UK.
