Increasing Technical Support to Customers
Our team and technical support are great assets for customers. As customers have additional testing and application requests, we now have additional in-house capabilities and resources to help fulfill these needs. R&D resources available to customers include:
- Material compatibility testing
- Biofilm imaging
- Residue analysis
Field Technical Support
In addition to our R&D and lab resources, Adam Esser is our new senior technical applications manager supporting our sales team in the field as an applications subject matter expert. He can provide on-site support to customers in a variety of capacities:
- Total plant assessments
- Seek & Destroy activities
- New program design
- Current and past sanitation program review
- Public health protection as proactive and reactive efforts
