Literature

Fogging

Sterilex Ultra Disinfectant Cleaner Solution 1 and Sterilex Ultra Activator Solution can now be applied as a fog – adding to the ability to foam, soak or CIP with Sterilex liquids.

Cronobacter Sakazakii

With the most recent label update, Sterilex added the ability to kill Cronobacter sakazakii, which has been implicated in the recall of dry food products, including infant formula.

Spore-Forming Bacteria

Bacterial spores can lead to product quality issues and food safety concerns. Sterilex’s PerQuat chemistry can kill spore-forming bacteria prior to spore production.
